Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 06.01.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 31630 of 2020. On last occasion, vide order dated 15.09.2021, a report with regard to stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that charge has already been framed on 06.08.2021, but despite issuance of summons, the prosecution has not produced any witness for his evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is again rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2018, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of nine months, failing which, the
