The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 403 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
