2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the Opposite Party that Matrimonial Case No. 182 of 2021 filed by the Opposite Party against the present petitioner for divorce under Section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act is now at the fag end and, in fact, the matter has been fixed for judgment on 08.11.2023, thus, no order is required to be passed by this Court in the matter of transfer of Divorce Case.

4. Considering the averments made in the counter affidavit and taking note of the final stage of the divorce case, as also in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in Transfer Petition(s) (Civil) No. 1027 of 2021, which is marked as Annexure-R/4 to the counter affidavit, this Court does not find any merit consideration in the present application.

5. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed.
