The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondents to hold free and fair investigation of Chandauti Police Station Case No.410 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 for an offence under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 127(2), 109, 117(2), 61(2), 351(2), 352, 324(4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act. (ii) For a direction to the respondents to depute a

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.875 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 special team for further investigation of the case because till date a very perfunctory investigation is being carried out.

(iii) For a direction to the respondents to arrest the accused persons who are still absconding and they are moving freely in local area.

(iv) For grant of any other relief for which the petitioner is found to be eligible in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya for the redressal of his grievance by way of filing a representation and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner the same shall be considered by the Police.
