The nature of the dispute involved in the present writ petition falls in line with the facts that led to a decision dated 13th May, 2019 in CWJC No. 9588 of 2019 delivered by us. In the present case also the petitioner in spite of

Patna High Court CWJC No.13026 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 having given four opportunities could not clear the examination. Learned counsel for the petitioner has advanced the same submissions that were considered and rejected by us in the aforesaid judgment in the case of Ashish Ranjan Vs. The Union of India & Ors. decided on 13.05.2019. Consequently, we see no reason to differ from the view already taken and consequently following the same, the writ petition stands dismissed on the same terms.
