JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 By order dated 23.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49214 of 2016, the petitioner along with another co-accused were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No.79 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Katihar. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time. Prayer is allowed.
Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
