Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahmpura P.S.Case No. 318 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 353, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per FIR is that on the secret information police went to apprehend petitioner and one other accused and thereafter a mob assembled there and firing took place and petitioner fled away.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation of firing has been attributed against him and he has falsely been made accused in this case.

No.44494 of 2018 (2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this is not a fit case for grant privilege of anticipatory bail, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
