JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 The petitioner claims that the land, which was validly held by him, has been forcibly taken possession of by the Bihar State Housing Board without payment of any compensation.

The petitioner has statutory remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, which the petitioner can invoke. At this stage, this Court, in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot hold that the petitioner is rightful owner of the land, which has never been acquired and has been taken forcible possession of by the Bihar State Housing Board.
