Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.Case No. 10 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354a, 354D, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(V) and 18 of POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken some photographs of the informant and tried to blackmail her and he has talk in mobile with her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no such allegation against him and even he did not touch body of the informant and he is a student of Engineering in Chandigarh, Punjab and mobile is not of the petitioner. Heard learned APP also.

No.44442 of 2018 (2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.Case No. 10 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that if he is found again in harassing the informant in future, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
