The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 254 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the present case. As such, a compromise petition has been filed duly signed by both the parties, as contained in Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
