The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 412, 413, 414, 467, 468, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that in course of search, some forged documents, stamp, number plate of vehicles and mobile are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 13-02-2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32693 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioners have been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. No stolen property is said to have been recovered. The tractor in question has already been released in favour of the petitioners. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S.
