The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gautam Budh Nagar (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2066 of 2020. Now the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been renewed on the ground of custody as the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 15.09.2019 i.e. more than one year and the likelihood of conclusion of trial is not expected in near future. Therefore,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29926 of 2020(2) dt.09-12-2020 2/2 petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Class, Siwan, in connection with Gautam Budh Nagar (G.B.
