2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 556 of 2023 instituted under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons are said to have looted fertilizer. The petitioner's involvement has come during investigation. Materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. This application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today, failing which the Superintendent of Police,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33707 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 Purnia will take steps for his arrest.
