By the impugned order, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaimur at Bhabua has allowed an ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 4000/- per month to the applicant-wife. A perusal of the impugned order would show that the husband has admitted that he receives Rs. 16,060/- per month in hand from his employment. If it is so, by no stretch of imagination it may be allowed to argue that award of ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 4000/- is unjustified. Moreover, it appears that the revision application has been filed against an ad-interim order and is not maintainable.

This Revision Application is dismissed.
