Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file requisite appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.9577 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be adjudicated upon by the Special Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
