Patna High Court CWJC No.10468 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/3 requested for establishment of Bus Stand in most illegal and arbitrary manner and only with a view to grant license of Bus Stand in favour of Respondent No. 8 & 9 as contained in Memo No. 27.08.2010 875 dated (Annexure-10) and consequently directing the respondent authorities to issue license of Bus Stand situated at NH-103, near Baruna Pul in favour of the petitioners being the 1st applicant and during the pendency of this petition before this Hon'ble Court, license of Bus Stand issued in favour of Respondent No. 8 & 9 (Annexure-10) may be kept in abeyance as they have not deposited the revenue of the Government for financial year 2017-18 of an amount of Rs. 55,250/- and for financial year 2018-19 of an amount of Rs. 1,55,250/- in violation to the Government Circular issued from time to time for settlement of the Bus Stand.

And/Or For granting appropriate relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to take recourse to the remedy as provided under the Motor Vehicles Act.

Permission granted reserving liberty aforesaid. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
