The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2022 in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.211 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(A)(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 10 litres of country made liquor from the bank of Punpun river.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 14.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30841 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 connection with Goh P.S. Case No.211 of 2021. The petitioner will visit Goh Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
