Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery is from one Balbir Kumar. Petitioners are men of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
