2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14835 of 2012(6) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 liberty to file a detailed representation before respondent no.4, the Director General, Border Security Force, Block- 10, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi for the relief, as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner may approach the competent authority for the relief, as prayed for in paragraph no.1 of the writ petition by filing a representation. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of well within a period of three months from the date of its filing.
