Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar (Baijnathpur Camp) P.S.Case No. 133 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 302, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. At the very outset, learned APP has pointed out that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner, which will appear from paragraph-49 of the case diary.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33679 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 materials available on record against the petitioner. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
