2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73978 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Karan Kumar and for furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73978 of 2023 is extended by two weeks' from today.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
