Petitioners have raised a grievance that order dated 28.7.2014 passed in C.W.J.C.No.17776 of 2013 has not been complied with.

Paragraph 5 of the show cause of opposite party nos. 6 and 7 shows that 80% payment has been made and a cheque

Patna High Court MJC No.3101 of 2015 (2) dt.01-03-2017 for rest 20% amount has been prepared on 15.7.2015 but petitioners have not went there to receive their cheque. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to proceed in the matter. Accordingly the present proceeding is dropped.

Petitioners are advised to go and receive the cheque of rest 20% amount.
