The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under Sections 376, 323, 353, 346, 367, 368, 370, 370(2), 372, 373 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, sections 4, 6, 12 and 17 of the POCSO Act, sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the I.T. Act and section 79 of the J.J.Act. As per the prosecution case, on receiving information about flesh trade being carried on in the building, a raid was conducted and a number of persons were apprehended. It is alleged that the building belongs to this petitioner where flesh trade was going on.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the alleged house/building is in joint possession of the family and two

No.39779 of 2021(4) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 minor girls were recovered and both the girls have not taken the name of the petitioner in their statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Some of the co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge VI -cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case no. 269 of 2020 (corresponding to Supplementary Special POCSO Case No. 73 of 2020). (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
