JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order issued under the signature of Chief of Administration, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation contained in Memo No. 6377 dated 23.7.2012 and the same was communicated to the petitioner under the signature of Divisional Manager, Chapra vide Memo No. 694 dated 24.7.2012 by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service.
The petitioner has an available alternative remedy under the Industrial Dispute Act and, thus, he must take steps for redressal of his grievance accordingly.

If any dispute is raised under the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, the Authority concerned will look into the matter and take a decision in terms of the provision of the aforesaid Act. With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
