JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as also perused paragraph no.14 of the case diary summoned by the court vide order dated 03.05.2019. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.302 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner that in spite of complaint made to him regarding on going fraud in the saving schemes of the post office, no action was taken by him and he conspired together with an agent Nagendra Kumar Sinha and in a planned manner defalcated huge amount deposited by the investors, I am not inclined to
