The contempt application has been filed for violation of the direction for payment of the dues as may be admissible to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 21.2.2014 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 22236 of 2013.

In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party No.5 it is stated that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and the balance amount of Rs.8,64,445/- has been paid through Bank Draft dated 3.11.2015.
