1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though her services were restored by the appellate authority i.e. the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, vide order dated 11.12.2021 and subsequently she was also permitted to join her services, however, she has not been paid the arrears of the outstanding salary, hence it is prayed that the respondents be directed to make payment of the same forthwith.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Jehanabad to inquire into the matter and in case any admitted outstanding dues of salary is found payable, he shall ensure payment of the same, within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.8288 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 period of two weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
