JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 28-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased and she had no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31073 of 2023(4) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 day-do-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The petitioner lives separately from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.03.2023.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 361 of 2022.
