The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 248/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 364, 379, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has no criminal history, he involved in this case merely on the basis of enmity and village politics and who is in custody since 02.12.2018. The other co-accused have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide in Cr. Misc. No. 16883 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 25473 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27799 of 2019(4) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 248/2018 to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-I Rosara, Samastipur.
