1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged encroacher has preferred a writ, bearing C.W.J.C. No.6440 of 2021, with regard to the subject matter of the present proceeding, hence it would be advisable for the petitioner to intervene in the said writ proceedings.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is already a party in the aforesaid writ petition, the present petition be disposed off.
