Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "(A) For commanding the respondents to take decision for resuming the physical hearing of the cases in the Hon'ble High Court Patna as well as District Courts, Subordinate Courts and Tribunals in the State of Bihar forthwith considering the normalcy situation of COVID-19 in Bihar which is evident from Annexure- 3 and 4 indicating number of new COVID19 patients are less than 100 in one day in Bihar. (B) Also for appropriate orders/directions for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law as well as on facts of the case.

(C) And also for necessary relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law as well as facts of case."
