2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari vide AnnexureP/3 dated 21.04.2025. Learned counsel further submits that the said representation filed by the petitioner is still pending before the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari and he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued by this

Patna High Court CWJC No.7653 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 Court to the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within a fixed time frame by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. The aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the respondentState.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari to decide the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-P/3 dated 21.04.2025 on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise shall be completed by the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
