Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
54 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from a car parked near a road.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor the driver of the vehicle.
Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
