Petitioners have been reinstated subject to final decision of the Letters Patent Appeal pending and, therefore, now no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case, the petitioners have any grievance still subsisting with regard to the issue in question, they may ventilate it in the pending LPA or by initiating fresh proceedings in accordance to law.
