The petitioner has prayed for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 88 of 2019 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. Learned counsel appearing for the sole opposite party has filed counter affidavit and has submitted that he has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submission on behalf of the petitioner and the sole opposite party, this application is allowed.

Considering the facts of the case, this Matrimonial Case No. 88 of 2019 is directed to be transferred in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad.

Patna High Court MJC No.1424 of 2021(3) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 After transfer of the case in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, the Principal Judge, Patna will issue notice to both the parties and, thereafter, the proceeding of the aforesaid matrimonial case will continue in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

The case shall be decided by the Principal Judge, Family Court/Additional Principal Judge, Family court Patna within a period of six month after receipt of the records of the case in the Court of Principal Judge, Family court, Patna. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.
