2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Ishakchak P.S Case No. 23 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35772 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, informant is not eye witness of the alleged occurrence and both the petitioners are lady. It is further submitted that petitioners have got clean antecedent and petitioners are in judicial custody since 13.02.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S Case No. 23 of 2024.
