The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 37(A), 37(B), 37 (C) and 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehended by the police in drunken condition and he is in custody since 27.10.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
