The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute and village politics. Further submission is that the instant first information report has been lodged against the petitioner after a delay of 14 days without any sufficient explanation. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11718 of 2021(3) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
