1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment from the government land bearing Khata No. 179, Khesara No. 260, Measuring Area 14 Decimal and Khata No.

180, Khesara No. 280, Measuring Area 44 Decimal situated under Mauja Adhpa, Thana No. 65, Phulwari Sharif Circle, Patna which has been encroached by the local people."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.7709 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Phulwari Sharif, District-Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
