This Court has passed the final order on 17th September 2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 25291 of 2013 whereby the order passed by the Circle Officer in Miscellaneous Case No. 3/2013-14 has been quashed, subject to result of Title Appeal No. 35 of 2009, which was pending before the Adhoc Additional Sessions JudgeII, Barh, Patna. It has been informed by the counsel for the State that the appeal was decided against the petitioner which was
Patna High Court MJC No.2575 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 challenged before the second Appellate Authority i.e. this Court unsuccessfully. The matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter further. Accordingly this contempt application is dismissed.
