JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 The petitioner held license for PDS shop bearing license No.3/2010. The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 14.2.2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sherghati cancelling his license.

The petitioner submits that mainly because a criminal case is pending against him, his license has been cancelled. In my view, the petitioner can take all this point before the Appellate Authority. In case an appeal is filed, the delay in filing of the same would be condoned as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed.
