2 This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner, stood dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.12.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr Misc No 49631 of 2018.

3 In view of recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G R Ananda Babu -Versus- State of Tamil Nadu & Another since reported in 2021 Supreme Court Cases Online Supreme Court 176, the second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.
