Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered under sections 376, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of POCSO Act.

The allegation is direct against the petitioner of having forcibly committed rape on the informant who is a minor girl inasmuch as he continued to establish sexual relationship with her causing pregnancy of the informant and later denied to marry.

Counsel for the State placed the relevant materials appearing against the petitioner and noticed by the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order.
