1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to Respondent to allow the petitioner for working as Anganwari sevika at Anganwari centre, Singathia, code no.90, Block Wazirganj, Dist- Gaya in pursuant to direction of District Magistrate, Gaya passed in Anganwari appeal case no. 4/2017 contained in Memo no.3 dated 14-1-2019 and any other appropriate writ, order, direction save and except in accordance with law."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8338 of 2022(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case to submit that the District Programme Officer, Gaya has already passed the final order dated 08.06.2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and has found the order of removal of the petitioner from service, passed earlier, to be just and proper.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law for challenging the aforesaid order dated 08.06.2023. Liberty so sought is granted.
