No. 1331 of 2023 is filed for non compliance of order dated 28.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23338 of 2019 and direction is as under:- "In the event such a representation is filed, the appropriate authority action shall positively be taken within a period of three months thereafter."

2. The petitioner submitted representation on

Patna High Court MJC No.1331 of 2023(5) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 17.12.2019. For non-compliance of orders of this Court, petitioner has presented this M.J.C. There are certain action has been taken and it is not in full compliance to orders of this Court, as is evident from communication dated 17.07.2023.

2. Therefore, the concerned authority is hereby directed to complete the action taken against such of those officials within a period of six months from today, failing which the petitioner is at liberty to file Interlocutory Application to revive this order.

3. For belated action and for non-compliance of this Court orders in full even to this date, petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand only). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of this order.
