2. With the consent of all the parties this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed representation before the District Magistrate, Madhepura dated 10.10.2015 (Annexure-P/1) which still pending.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued to the District Magistrate, Madhepura to dispose of the representation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15325 of 2016(4) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 petitioner within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

6. Taking into account the formal nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Madhepura to dispose of the representation dated 10.10.2015 (Annexure-P/1) of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

7. The final order which shall be passed by the District Magistrate, Madhepura shall be reasoned and speaking order.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.

9. The pending I.A., if any, shall automatically accordingly disposed of.
