JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.234 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506 of IPC and Bihar Medical Service Institution and Persons Protection (Amendment) Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and several other accused persons is of damaging the hospital, vehicles, etc. and snatching of Rs.4400/- from the pocket of Dr. Jawed Anwar, due to the death of a person in the hospital.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the F.I.R., but nothing specific has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
