The present application has been preferred for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to make payment of compensation of Rs 15 lacs which was incurred due to illegal act of the Respondent no 5 in connivance of Respondents no 4 as without verification of the paper the challan of the petitioner's vehicle deposited thrice consequently loss caused to the petitioner and/or pass such

3. In the presence of Mr. Naresh Dikshit, learned Special P.P. Mines, Mr.Swapnil Kumar Singh submits that the petitioner has submitted representation before the District Magistrate, Jamui (Annexure-8 to the petition) and it will suffice if the same is taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Without making any comment on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the District Magistrate, Jamui.
