The petitioner seeks bail in Bodh Gaya P. S. Case No. 121 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323,337, 332, 333, 353, 427 and 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 37(2) of Bihar Excise Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that on the eve of Holika Dahan the informant got information that some anti social elements were disturbing the people on road after taking liquor. The informant went to the place of occurrence and agitated people also attacked the police party causing injury to the police. It is further alleged that petitioner was arrested by the police on the spot. Police learnt the name of other accused persons as mentioned in the written report by the nearby people.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.3..2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P. S. Case No. 121 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
