Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A)(C)(F) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of her enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
